Privacy Policy

Last revised: 09/15/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Naturally Balanced, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Astramide (“Astramide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and keeps personal information when you use astramide.com (the “Site”) or buy research materials through it. By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms and Conditions and our Research Use Only Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy covers personal information we collect through the Site, the entry acknowledgment, account registration, order fulfillment, and our support channels, including email, text message, support tickets, and site chat.

It does not cover information you give directly to third-party services linked from the Site, such as a payment provider’s own checkout pages. Those services have their own privacy policies.

We ship only within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. The Site is not directed to people in other countries, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from people outside that region.

2. Personal information we collect

2.1 Identifiers

Name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and account login details.

2.2 Entry acknowledgment records

When you enter the Site, we record the name and email address you give, your research role, your confirmation that you are 21 or older, the six acknowledgments you accept, the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, the page you entered on, and the version of our policies you accepted.

2.3 Age verification

Your confirmation that you are 21 or older, and any documents we ask for to verify your age.

2.4 Professional declaration

The research role or field of qualified research you give us, and any supporting information you provide. We keep this with each order placed under your account.

2.5 Commercial information

Orders, products and batch numbers shipped, amounts paid, payment method type, refund and dispute history, and support messages about your orders. We do not receive or store full card numbers, bank account numbers, or crypto wallet private keys.

2.6 Payment and blockchain information

If you pay with IDEM Payment or IDEM Crypto Payment, the payment provider handles your payment on its own platform. It may send us a transaction reference, the payment status, the amount, and, for crypto payments, the currency, network, and sending wallet address. Crypto transactions are recorded on public blockchains. We cannot change or delete information that is already on a blockchain.

2.7 Internet and device information

IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, time on page, and similar data. We collect this automatically through cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar tools described in Section 8.

2.8 Communications

What you send us by email, text, phone, contact form, support ticket, or site chat, and any notes you add to an order.

2.9 Compliance and verification records

Records of address screening, age verification, order acceptance or refusal, account suspension, ban list entries, and payment disputes. These may include the categories above and the results of our checks.

We do not collect health information, biometric information, or precise location data.

3. Where we get personal information

  • From you, when you enter the Site, create an account, place an order, fill in a form, open a support ticket, use site chat, or contact us.
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar tools when you visit the Site.
  • From service providers that help us take payments, ship orders, screen addresses, and run the Site. For example, the carrier confirms delivery and the payment provider confirms payment status.

We do not buy personal information from data brokers.

4. How we use personal information

  • To run the entry acknowledgment and keep a record of it;
  • To create and manage your account, including checking your age and professional declaration;
  • To process, ship, and document your orders, and to contact you about them;
  • To screen shipping addresses as described in our Shipping Policy;
  • To handle refunds, replacements, and store credit under our Refund Policy, and to respond to payment disputes;
  • To keep the permanent ban list described in our Terms and Conditions;
  • To answer support requests and keep records of them;
  • To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of the Site;
  • To run, secure, and improve the Site, including measuring how visitors use it;
  • To measure the results of our advertising, where you have not opted out (see Section 6);
  • To send marketing email, only if you have opted in (see Section 7);
  • To comply with the law and valid requests from authorities, and to enforce our Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Legal compliance and protection

We may share personal information when the law requires it, in response to a valid subpoena or court order, when a government or regulatory authority with proper authority asks for it, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Astramide, our customers, or others.

5.3 Business transactions

If Astramide is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, bankruptcy, or similar event, personal information may pass to the new owner under this Privacy Policy or one that protects it at least as well.

We do not otherwise share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Sale of personal information, advertising, and your choices

We do not sell personal information for money.

We use advertising pixels and server-side tracking to understand where our visitors come from, how they find us, and which of our campaigns work. These tools send information about your visit, such as pages viewed, actions taken, and device and browser details, to the advertising platforms listed in Section 5.1. Those platforms may also use this information under their own privacy policies. Under some state privacy laws, this can count as “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out. Opting out does not affect your ability to buy from us.

7. Marketing email

We send marketing email only if you have opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days.

Messages about your account, orders, and shipping are part of doing business with you and are not marketing. To stop them, close your account. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop these messages.

Agreeing to our entry acknowledgment is not agreeing to receive marketing email.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools. Analytics and advertising tools are on by default. You can turn either off at any time through the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to turn both off. Your choice is saved in a cookie (astramide_privacy) for one year.

  • Strictly necessary. Needed for the Site to work, for example to keep your cart, keep you signed in, run checkout, and remember that you completed the entry acknowledgment (the astramide_ruo_ack cookie, kept for 30 days). These cannot be turned off without breaking the Site.
  • Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the Site and how they found it, so we can fix problems and improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 and WooCommerce order attribution (the sbjs_ cookies).
  • Advertising. Help us and advertising platforms understand how visitors find us and measure the results of our campaigns. You can turn these off at any time.
  • Functional. Remember choices such as display settings.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may stop parts of the Site from working.

We may keep information longer when the law requires it, to bring or defend legal claims, or to enforce our Terms and Conditions. Information we keep past its active use is stored in secure systems with restricted access.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. These include encryption in transit (TLS), payment handling by third-party payment providers so that we never store full payment details, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of these rights:

12. How to use your rights

If you disagree with our response, you can appeal by replying to our response with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” In some states, you can also contact your state attorney general.

You may have an authorized agent make a request for you. We will verify the agent’s authority first.

13. Age restriction

The Site is only for people 21 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has given us personal information, email info@astramide.com and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites and services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.

15. Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the law and dispute resolution terms in our Terms and Conditions.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will appear on this page with a new “Last revised” date and, where appropriate, a notice to account holders. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
