Naturally Balanced, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Astramide (“Astramide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), ships research materials only to qualified researchers and authorized professionals in the United States. These terms apply to every order placed on astramide.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you accept this Shipping Policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Research Use Only Policy.
1. Where we ship: United States only
We ship only to addresses in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to:
- any international address;
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands);
- APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses;
- PO Boxes;
- freight forwarders or mail-forwarding services.
Orders with a shipping address outside these areas will be cancelled and refunded. We do not give advice on importing research peptides into any other country. Researchers outside the United States should check with their local authorities.
2. Processing, carrier, and shipping cost
Orders received and approved before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are prepared and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on federal holidays are processed the next business day.
All orders ship by USPS Priority Mail. Faster options are offered at checkout when available. We email your tracking number when your order ships.
Orders of $100 or more, after discounts, ship free by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping fees, delivery estimates, and any faster options are shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Adult signature required on first orders (21+)
A new customer’s first order requires an adult signature (21+) on delivery. The carrier will not leave the package without a signature from someone aged 21 or older. There are no exceptions for first orders.
Returning customers may ask for no-signature delivery on later orders by sending a written request from their account or to info@astramide.com. We decide whether to allow it, and we may require a signature on any order at any time.
If the carrier cannot get a qualifying signature after its standard delivery attempts, the package comes back to us. You pay any re-delivery fees.
4. Packaging and discretion
Every order ships in plain outer packaging with no branding, product names, or description of the contents. Cold packs are added when a product needs temperature protection in transit.
The packing slip inside lists the contents, states that the Products are for research use only, and restates the research-use acknowledgment you accepted.
Plain packaging does not change the adult signature requirement or any other part of this policy.
5. Destination screening
Astramide Products are for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Shipping to places whose main purpose is giving substances to people does not fit that purpose, even if the order is otherwise routine.
We screen shipping addresses when orders come in. We may cancel, refuse, or hold any order going to places such as:
- medical spas and aesthetic clinics;
- weight-management and metabolic health clinics;
- hormone clinics, including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinics;
- anti-aging, longevity, and wellness centers;
- compounding pharmacies and outsourcing facilities;
- outpatient clinics, urgent care centers, and patient-facing medical practices;
- gyms, fitness studios, CrossFit boxes, and personal training facilities;
- college and university housing, including dorms, residence halls, and fraternity or sorority houses;
- hotels, short-term rentals, and other temporary addresses;
- any address linked to a suspended or banned account.
Flagged orders are held while we verify the recipient’s research status. If we cannot verify it in a reasonable time, or if the destination does not fit research use, we cancel and refund the order.
Giving a shipping address that misrepresents the type of destination or your professional role is grounds for permanent account closure.
6. Order acceptance and our right to refuse
Every order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may decline, cancel, or hold any order at our sole discretion, including when:
- the shipping address fails the screening in Section 5;
- the order does not look like research purchasing;
- the account, payment method, or address is linked to a past policy violation;
- we have not finished verifying the account holder’s research status;
- we cannot ship the order lawfully.
If we cancel all or part of an order, we refund the cancelled part as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Address accuracy and failed delivery
You are responsible for giving a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by address errors you make. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong or undeliverable address, or because delivery was refused without our approval, you pay to ship it again.
8. Carrier delays, lost packages, and stolen packages
Once the carrier has your package, we cannot guarantee when it will arrive. USPS Priority Mail estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and can be affected by weather, backlogs, and other things outside our control.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check the delivery address, and ask neighbors or building staff.
- Wait 24 to 48 hours. Tracking sometimes updates before the package arrives.
- File a missing package request with USPS using your tracking number.
- Email info@astramide.com with your order number and the USPS request number.
We will help follow up with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee a replacement for packages the carrier confirms as delivered. If the carrier finds that a package was lost in transit, we will send a replacement or a refund, at our choice.
9. Temperature-sensitive materials
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides ship at room temperature, with cold packs where needed. Short temperature changes in transit do not, on their own, affect the stability of lyophilized peptides under normal storage. When your order arrives, store each product as described in its handling instructions.
We do not promise that any shipment is suitable for a specific research use. Product stability is documented in the Certificate of Analysis for each batch.
10. Packing slip
Every order includes a packing slip showing:
- order number, ship date, and tracking number;
- product names, batch numbers, and quantities;
- a plain-language statement that the Products are for research use only;
- a restatement of the qualified-researcher and no-human-use acknowledgment you accepted;
- a reference to this Shipping Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
The packing slip is your notice that the materials are only for in-vitro laboratory research.
11. Permanent ban policy
We keep a permanent ban list. If a customer, in any channel, states, suggests, or describes using Astramide materials for human or animal consumption, dosing, administration, or any non-research purpose, we ban that customer permanently, with no appeal. The channels include order notes, email, phone, text, social media messages, support tickets, site chat, and payment dispute statements.
A ban covers every account, shipping address, payment method, and contact detail linked to that customer. Banned customers may not open new accounts. We document attempts to get around a ban and may report them to law enforcement where they involve payment fraud or false statements.
Full ban terms are in Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will appear on this page with a new “Last revised” date. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
