Send us your peptides.
We'll test them.
Bought from us or somewhere else, it gets the same panel we run on every Astramide lot: HPLC purity, mass spec identity, net content against label claim, and endotoxin. You get a full Certificate of Analysis that's yours to publish, share or file.
$400 per sample. Full panel, shipping both ways, and your vial back.
A vendor-side service, made open to anyone.
The research peptide market runs on opacity. Suppliers publish unverified purity claims. Buyers have no path to independent verification, and no recourse when claims don't hold.
Astramide built its own supply on third-party verification. Every batch is tested by an independent US laboratory, and every Certificate of Analysis is published. Our testing service extends that same verification framework to researchers who need it for samples that didn't come from us.
"We don't sell verification. We sell access to the same lab partnership that backs our own catalog."
The same lab partners
The same independent US laboratories that test every Astramide batch. Same protocols, same reference standards, same panel.
The same panel, not a reduced one
HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, net peptide content against label claim, endotoxin by LAL, and appearance. The identical analytical workup every released Astramide lot goes through. Nothing added for the brochure, nothing removed for your sample.
The COA is yours
The Certificate of Analysis is delivered to you as a PDF. We don't gatekeep it. Publish it, share it with your institution, attach it to grant documentation, archive it however you need.
Independence guaranteed
Astramide doesn't own the lab and can't change the result. When your vial arrives, we email you a photo of it before it goes to the lab. The lab tests for many research-supply customers and has no reason to favor any of them.
Four common ways researchers use this service.
If your work depends on the integrity of the input material, independent verification is worth running before you scale.
Confirm a competitor's purity claim
You're considering a vendor that publishes a purity number but no supporting documentation. Send us a sample and receive an independent reading before you commit a research budget.
Third-party validation on synthesized samples
Your own lab synthesized a compound and you need outside analytical confirmation. We provide the same documentation framework we use for our internal catalog.
Generate a COA for institutional records
Your facility records or grant documentation need an independent Certificate of Analysis. The COA you receive is suitable for institutional files.
Run side-by-side panels on multiple sources
Compare quality across suppliers without taking their word for it. Submit samples from multiple vendors, receive separate COAs, decide where to source from based on data.
Four steps. Results typically in 1 to 3 weeks.
Lab timing depends on its queue once your sample arrives. We keep you posted at each step.

The Certificate of Analysis is yours.
Every submission generates the same document format we publish for our own catalog. Same fields, same rigor, same lab attribution. Just your sample's data instead of ours.
The data on the COA is yours. Astramide does not retain control, publish your result, or share it without your permission.
The same methods. The same standard.
Your sample runs through the identical analytical panel we use for every Astramide batch before release.

About the testing service.
Questions about requests, pricing, timing, and what happens to your data. General testing methodology is on the How We Test page.
How do I request a test?
Fill out the request form on this page. We reply from info@astramide.com within one business day with an invoice. Once it's paid, your shipping kit and label go out within one business day.
How much does it cost?
$400 per sample. That covers the full panel, the shipping kit, and return shipping of your vial. We invoice first. Pay by wire or e-check.
What can I send?
Peptides only. We don't accept controlled substances, unknown powders, or anything that isn't a peptide. If what arrives isn't a peptide, we contact you before doing anything with it.
How long does it take?
Results typically take 1 to 3 weeks after your sample reaches the lab. Timing depends on the lab's queue. Add shipping time on each end.
How do I know my vial is the one tested?
When your vial arrives, we email you a photo of it before it goes to the lab. Check it against your vial and lot number. Your COA carries the sample ID we assign on arrival.
How much sample do you need?
One sealed vial is enough in most cases. We confirm this when we reply to your request.
Do I get my vial back?
Yes. We ship it back to you after testing, and your COA arrives by email.
Can I publish the COA?
Yes. The data is yours. Publish it, share it, or file it however you need.
What if my sample tests below its label?
The COA reports what the lab found either way. We don't soften a result, including when the sample is ours.
Can institutions use this service?
Yes. It's commonly used for internal records, grant documentation, and supplier qualification.
