How is each lot tested?

Every lot is tested by an independent third-party laboratory against the same five-method panel before release: HPLC for purity, with a 98% minimum; mass spectrometry for identity; net peptide content against the label claim; endotoxin by LAL; and appearance. The full certificate for every lot is published in the Astramide certificate library, and each method is explained in how Astramide tests every lot.

How are these compounds stored?

Lyophilized compounds are held at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, they are held at 2 to 8°C and used within the window stated on the product page. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
