What is inside the Lab Notebook?

Twenty-one pages: 8 record forms (receipt log, COA review, inventory ledger, freezer box map, temperature log, sample transfer, third-party testing and deviation report), 5 reference sheets, a bench page, grid notes and a page of container labels.

Will the labels fit my label sheets?

The US Letter labels fit Avery 5160 and 8160 sheets, 30 labels per page. The A4 labels fit 63.5 by 38.1 mm sheets, 21 per page. Print at 100% with no scaling.

Can I print copies for my lab?

Yes. Print and copy the pages as often as you need for use within your own lab or classroom. Please do not resell them.
